During times of change, most of us appreciate knowing how we make the transition easy and comfortable. The Moodle Renovation team wants you to know these three things to ease your mind about the August 23rd upgrade:
- Existing Moodle course content will not be altered. This means you can still build your courses before the fall semester.
- Moodle users will not need to take any special steps to make this upgrade a success. This means you can continue using Moodle in your normal way.
- Moodle will be gaining accessibility, functionality, and visual appeal. Each improvement is designed to enhance every Moodle user’s experience.
We encourage you to share this information with others, so we developed a quick printable poster (see below) that you can keep handy when you have these conversations. Tell your colleagues. Share it at a department meeting. Post the poster on your hallway bulletin board or office whiteboard. The more people that know, the better.
