- Collaborated with the CUE, the Butler College of Education, and the faculty, students, and staff of Shortridge Middle/High school to conceptualize a plan for an urban farm and greenhouse.
- Dedicated 10 months to transforming the greenhouse space to create an engaging space for classroom and group learning.
- Adapted lessons and activities in which students critically considered the importance of science and sustainability in an increasingly globalized world through problem based learning.
