Moodle allows your instructors to build quizzes that you take online. These quizzes can be comprised of anything from basic multiple choice or true/false questions to essay or calculated numerical questions. Your instructor may also establish a time limit on a quiz past which you cannot continue.
- From the course page, click on the quiz () to go to its summary page.
- You will see the number of and the (if there is one). There will also be instructions if your instructor has provided any. Click the button to begin.
- You will be shown a confirmation window to confirm the number of attempts allowed and the time limit. Click to proceed to the quiz.
- You will come to a page of one or more questions. You may be asked to select answers from a list or directly input one into a text box. You can also click to mark a question to return to later. The block in the upper left will show you a list of the questions on the quiz (including any that you’ve flagged) as well as the .
- Click the button to proceed to the next page of questions. Once you proceed past the last page, you will be taken to the . This page will show you questions for which there is an , questions that are , and any question you have put a on. Click when done with the quiz.
- You will be shown a confirmation window to confirm that you are finished with the quiz. Click to end the quiz attempt.
- Depending on whether your instructor has allowed for it, you will be taken to your quiz results. You will be shown the , your , and any questions you have gotten right () or wrong (). Click to return to the course page.
