Daniel Pink’s Perspective on Motivation
Daniel Pink describes himself as a reformed attorney. His best selling books A Whole New Mind: Why Right-Brainers Will Rule the Future and Drive: The Surprising Truth About What Motivates Us provide a fresh perspective on the importance of creativity and motivation in schools and in the workplace. In 2009, just before his book Drive was published, he spoke at a TED (Technology, Entertainment, Design) Conference where he made a case for a new perspective on motivation at work and in schools. His presentation style is engaging and entertaining and you can click the link below to view his TED Conference session.
