Here are a few upcoming events for our classroom. As these dates get closer more information will be coming home, but I thought I would share so you can mark your calendars!

Today we celebrated all of the August Birthdays in the classroom. Our three friends; Max, Christina, and Nytaiya were all able to help bake cupcakes for the class. They had a little help from a few family members. Here are a few pictures from the day!

Our classroom has print all over now! The kids have been bringing in items and we now have enough that we can make a word wall. As a class we decided where the words should go. No worries though, if you still have items at home you can still send them in. As you see in the picture below we still have room to add more words!

Last week I sent home a paper explaining our environmental print study we are starting. It was an exciting day today because we have a few friends bring in items to share! We now have enough to start building our Environmental Print Word Wall. If your child would like to bring a few things in that would be great. So far we have cereal boxes, toys, and some bags from stores! Send in anything you have!
