Irwin Library hosts “bookwork” furniture art exhibition
Irwin Library presents bookwork, an exhibition of art created by recent Herron graduate Derrick Method. In this body of work, the artist has reclaimed discarded library books, repurposing them into functional pieces of furniture. bookwork will be on display July 2-31 in Irwin Library’s Collaborative Learning Space (the right quad upon entering the library). An opening reception will be held on Friday, July 2 at 7:00 pm; the Butler community is welcome to attend.
