After Teresa’s
instruction session I did a walk through CBA and had two professors inform me
that several of their students stated that they could not log into our
databases from off-campus this past weekend.

Unfortunately
the students did not pay attention to the nature of the error so I have no
information there. However, at least one has been able to log on from home in
the past but could not this time.

Anyhow, I
wanted to alert Scott to a potential problem and also flag those who work at our
service points in case they starts to get calls. Perhaps this was just a
hiccup?
