It wouldn’t be a Holiday Staff Party without the annual Duck Drop contest. You see, having a fountain in your library comes in quite handy for displaying your hand-eye coordination. The “Duck King” this year, once again, is librarian Scott Pfitzinger. Object of the game: throw rubber ducks from third floor down to the fountain; try to throw the critters either in the rings, the smaller fountain, or hit the prize duck! Points are accumulated for successful throws, thus the Duck King or Queen winner. We librarians are too much fun!
First order of business: lunch.
Object of Game: Throw rubber ducks down to cement pond - hit rings or smaller fountain.
The third floor throwing range.
Hit this Prize Duck and earn mega points!
Have a restful and fun break from the staff at Butler Libraries.

Anyone wishing to contribute materials to our Tenth Annual Celebration of Scholarship and Creative Activity, please note that we have DIFFERENT PROCEDURES this year.
Because the printed bibliography is going to be a 10-Year Retrospective, we need the information for your materials in December, even though the materials themselves do not need to be brought in until January.
