Today I helped someone out with a copying question. I helped log someone on the computer. I also had to direct a phone call to circulation desk since they could better help her out. I also got an IM from a student wanting to know how to do fade ins/fade outs in wevideo. I IM’d Sally and she told me to provide her with information on how to get in contact with CAT and make an appointment because that’s the place that could better help her out with her question. I also went through all the Citation information on the library homepage. That’s pretty much all that happened today.
