sparks

On November 16, 2015
a poem by [eunique]

little green, blue and yellow wires
sparking around, and tied into knots
and tangles
swiveling around my intestines and
shocking them.
wrapping around and through my nerves
and sending a mixed bundle of emotions
around my body.
happiness
nervousness
and confusion
buzzing around and
splattering sparks everywhere in my stomach,

all because you walked in.
