Derrick Brown
The very first time I met you was probably the most impressionable on me. It was move-in day of my first year here at Butler and I spotted you in Atherton Union. Upon seeing you, I had my newly bought box of books that would help me pass my first semester as a freshman and, when I put them down, you immediately sprinted (hobbled, waddled?) towards my new, expensive books. You were easily the funniest, friendliest dog I have ever met, and you made it known from the moment I met you. R.I.P. Blue, you have undoubtedly made not only my, but every student’s time here brighter just by your presence.
