Last Shift (Meen’s CAT shift 12/04/12)
1Dear Infocommons,
Since I am graduating early and today is my last shift, I would like to take to opportunity to thank everyone. I am so glad to have been part of the IC team, and to have had the opportunity to work under such wonderful people such as Eric, Julianne, Jeana, Lauren, Erica, and the associates. Thank you for your support, guidance, encouragement and for the opportunities provided to me during my time in IC.
I have learned a great deal from your leadership, superior knowledge and vision.
And thank you everyone for making this a wonderful experience here at Butler to have get to work with you all. I wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

0Today I finished the Photoshop Training and completed the 3 practice tutorials.

0Today I helped a student with iMovie problem.
Went through the Professional Development training:
I went through “Which to use: WordPress or Google Sites” and on the collaboration part of google. I just wanted to add to Brittany that google docs and especially “google drive” is a great tool for collaboration that’s not listed as one of the option. I also went through LinkedIn Infographic.

0It’s almost Thanksgiving everyone!!..and Christmas is creeping up to us really soon. Can you believe we only have another month until the semester is over?! So Crazy to think that I’m almost done with school! Anyhow, back to infocommons tasks!
Today’s completed tasks:
- Sent over the Dreamweaver Skills Checklist
- Completed and sent over the WordPress Skills Checklist and WordPress site
- Complete the WordPress Video Training
- Currently just starting with some AL videos on Photoshop Training.

0Task completed: Completed the Dreamweaver Skills Checklist, review comments on Excel Formula Practice assignment, review comments on WordPress quiz, sent over the excel report, going through WordPress Video Training.

0Tasks Completed today: helped professor Lacey Eckles over the phone with moodles, reviewed how to help MS100/265 students, reviewed the WordPress Traning Script, and currently working on the WordPress Skills Checklist on my WordPpress site.

0I’m sorry for not posting this blog right away. I worked with a student and had to run to class right after yesterday. I helped a student who came to get help with Moodle on the instructor’s side for the Council of Presidential Affairs I believe. And it all went well although I did asked Eric for some help for one of the questions that I wasn’t sure about.
