BUDM began in 2003 in the Reilly Room and raised $10,164.10 For The Kids! With growth in popularity, BUDM moved to the HRC (Health and Recreation Complex) to accommodate for more dancers and Riley families. Our marathon is dedicated to Sarah Michelle Cohen, a former president’s sister who passed away before she could attend Butler. Since its founding, BUDM has raised more than $1,000,000 for Riley Hospital for Children supporting oncology research and the general fund at the hospital.
