Finally, the Shorty Awards ceremony has arrived. Held in NYC, the fourth annual, sold-out event will air online this evening at 7:30 p.m. I’ll be watching to find out if I have won the Shorty Award for the best use of short form media in the College Category.

Forget spring, I think summer has arrived on campus! The students went away on spring break and left the spring break weather with me. I’m not really complaining, but I still do have my winter coat on. (Bear with me, there’s prizes to be had…keep reading.)

It’s hard to believe, but my 8th birthday is quickly approaching. Tuesday, March 27th, is the big day, but in keeping with tradition, the Butler University Student Foundation will be holding a campus party for me on Friday, March 23, from 1-3 p.m., at the campus Bookstore and Starbucks in Atherton Union.

Ok, I’ll shoot it to you straight, yes, I’m disappointed that my Dawgs are not in the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament. I’m even a little perturbed that we did not make the NIT either.
