- Login and click Self Service > Student Center.
- Under Personal Information, click on the Home Address link.
- Your Address page appears.
To Add an Address
- Click the button.
- In the Edit Address form, fill in your new address details and click the OK button.
- On the Add a New Address confirmation screen, verify that your address is correct. (Click “Edit Address” to make address changes.) Select whether the address you’re adding is a “Home,” “Billing” or “Local” address, and select the date on which your new address will take effect by either typing the date into the Date changes will take effect text box, or by clicking on the button.
- Click the button.
- The Save Confirmation page should display the message, “The save was successful.” Click the OK button.
- To return to the Student Center, click the Go to … dropdown box and select Student Center, then click the button.
To Edit an Address
- Click the button next to the address you want to edit.
- Make whatever changes are necessary to the address and click the OK button.
- If necessary, select the date on which your edited address will take effect by either typing the date into the Date changes will take effect text box, or by clicking on the button.
- The Save Confirmation page should display the message, “The save was successful.” Click the OK button.
- To return to the Student Center, click the Go to … dropdown box and select Student Center, then click the button.
To Delete an Address
- Click the button next to the address you want to delete.
- On the Delete Address screen, select the date on which you want your address to be deleted by either typing the date into the Date delete will take effect text box, or by clicking on the button. Then click the button.
- On the Delete Confirmation screen, click the button.
- o return to the Student Center, click the Go to … dropdown box and select Student Center, then click the button.
Tip: To update your primary name(s), please submit a Name Change Form to the Office of Registration and Records.
