How do I view my advisees’ early term grade information all at once?

1. Login and click BU Campus Solutions  BU Advisor Access  Use  Advisees Early Term Grades.
2. Click the  button to choose a term. Click the radio button next to the desired term, then click the  button at the bottom of the screen.
3. If there is an X in the Long Comment Indicator column, click on the  icon to view them.

Note: To download this list and save it as a spreadsheet, click on the  button on the right side of the blue Class Roster header bar.

To view individual advisees’ early term grades, go to BU Campus Solutions > BU Advisor Access > Process > Early Term Grade Report.
