How do I find a student’s contact information?

Advisors and other enrollment support staff can view this information through the Advisor Center.

Certain support personnel who have been granted the appropriate access by the Office of Registration and Records can view student addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers by following these steps.

1. Login and click  Campus Community  Personal Information (Student)  Biographical (Student)  Addresses/Phones.
2. Click on the link that corresponds to the data you want to view. Select from:
   • View Addresses
   • View Names
   • View Phones
   • View Electronic Addresses
3. At the search screen, enter the student’s ID number or search for them by entering their first and last names in the appropriate text boxes. Click the button.
4. If necessary, select the desired student from the results list by clicking on any part of the appropriate, underlined row.
5. The desired information is displayed on the screen. To search for another student’s data, click on the  button.
