How do I look up a student’s grades?

You can look up the transcript (see How do I look up a transcript?) or use Advisor Center, as described below.

  1. Login and click arrow Self Service arrow Advisor Center >> My Advisees. If the student isn’t an advisee of yours, click the New Drop-in Advisees button button, then the Search button to find the student by name or 9-digit ID number.
  2. Select the View Student Details link to the right of the desired student.
  3. Under the Academics heading of the Advisee Student Center, click on the other academic… dropdown button, select Grades and click on the go button with double arrow. The grades for the most recently selected semester are displayed. To see grades for another semester, click the Change term button button near the top of the display.
