How do I access and print my class rosters? I’m an adjunct.

Viewing class rosters requires instructor or advisor access. If you don’t have this access, your department secretary or another member of the faculty can print class rosters out for you. Or, you can contact the help desk at ext. 4357 (940-4357) and say: ‘I’m an adjunct at Butler and I need access to my class rosters in the MyButler portal. Please put in a request with the security administrator to grant instructor access for me.’

  1. Login and click arrow BU Campus Solutions arrow BU Advisor Access arrow Use > View Class Roster /Wait List.
  2. Enter search criteria (i.e. subject area and catalog nbr like SP 102). If you don’t know the subject area, click the Look up magnifying glass icon button to search.
  3. Make sure the “Academic Institution” (BUTLR) and “Term” are correct and click the yellow Search button. Either you’ll be taken directly to the class or the search results appear at the bottom: click the class you want.
  4. The class roster page appears. Click the Print Class Roster Photos link in the upper right corner to see the photos. A new window will pop up with the words “Running Report…” before the PDF of the students’ photos appears.
  5. Use the PDF print icon or your browser’s print functions to print the report.
