Trainer’s Creed

 

Go that extra mile.

 

Of course, along with strenuous exercise comes a lot of physical labor, but many exercisers underestimate mental power when it comes to sweat sessions.  So, when times get tough, here is something to run through your head.

We are here for health: mind, body, soul.

We don’t starve or deprive our bodies: fitness is our goal.

We eat for fuel, we work for success.

We desire execution, but what counts is progress.

We believe in connections; finding our inner-self

We know our strength and our passion – fitness is wealth.
