Make the Time!!!!!!

Some are easily motivated and can walk into the gym with a planned workout routine which they will more than likely stick with for about a month. Others become too overwhelmed by all of the equipment and other exercises, finding it impossible to create their own routine. To help those who are overwhelmed, I am posting monthly challengs — a skeletal outline if you will of certain workouts to reach a target goal for the month. For adherence purposes, I have posted the ultimate goal and the basic bulk of the workout to follow for this month. After completing each workout, be sure to log it down (on a post-it note or wherever), so by the end of the month you can see the progress you’ve made. I challenge you to try to stick with it the whole month — and then post your results (how you look, how you feel, how you might revamp your routine). No matter what, if you make it through you I promise you will notice a brand new, healthier you!
