It’s one of the most stressful times of the year for students. However, remember we have “Stress Less” Week, a great way you can relax a little bit before finals! Here are some of the events going on this week, highlighted by our very own Sarah Diaz! I challenge you to use some of these events in your “Unwind Wednesday” challenges!
Monday, December 8th:
Brain Food Breakfast
7:45 – 9:30AM (Jordan Hall 1st Floor East Hallway)
Start your day right by visiting the PAWS table for healthy breakfast or a snack on the go!
Hatha Yoga
7:10 – 8:10 PM (HRC Studio)
Slow down your mind and stretch out your body with an hour of Hatha yoga. Mats are provided and comfortable clothing is recommended.
Tuesday, December 9:
Morning Yoga at the Blue House
8-8:45 AM (Center for Faith and Vocation)
Come relax and rejuvenate at the Blue House
se with a restorative yoga class. Mats are available & a light breakfast to-go will be provided.
Art NOW Opening
5-7 PM (Reilly Room)
Stroll through a giant showcase of artwork created by Butler students! Includes drawing, painting, sculpture, 3d printed objects and interactive works. Many items are for sale!
Meditation at the Blue House
7 – 8PM (Center for Faith and Vocation)
Take a little quiet time in your life. Calm and focus the mind with meditation. Meet in the contemplation room on the second floor.
Wednesday, December 10:
De-Stress with Doggies
11AM – 1PM (HRC Living Room)
Enjoy some snuggles from our furry friends from the Indiana Canine Assistance Network.
Manage Your Stress Workshop
4-5 PM (Jordan Hall 174)
Looking to reduce stress and anxiety with finals around the corner? This workshop, facilitated Counseling and Consultation Services will be a great way to learn how to relax and manage stress.
Stress Relief Yoga

Thursday, December 11:
Chair Massages & Aromatherapy Bar

Enjoy a chair massage from a professional masseuse! Unwind in the relaxing room, enjoy a calming cup of tea or flavored water and treat yourself with a sampling of scents from an aromatherapy bar.

Meditation at the Blue House

Flic N Float Movie Night: Elf
7:00 – 9:00 PM (HRC Aquatic Center)
Float in the pool, relax in the hot tub, or warm up in the sauna while watching the holiday classic, ELF! Bring a bathing suit whether you plan to get in the water or sit on the deck!
