Now on our own, we don’t always have that homecooked meal or immediate access to the fridge. Portion sizes become harder to control, and the “right choice” isn’t always available. Before you know it, pounds are picked up, and you just feel terrible from all of the junk going into your body. Of course, the goal is not to starve ourselves or diet, but to fuel our bodies so that we feel our best. Believe it or not, despite all the study sessions, parties and events that lead to tempting treats, staying on track IS possible.
