31 Days of Pumpkin — Still Playing Catch-up

Happy_FallThis next recipe makes me soooo incredibly happy.  It is one thing I am absolutely addicted to with no shame and personally, I think you would be crazy not to be.  I knew that puppy chow is usually big on Christmas and on other special occasions, but when I saw this Pumpkin Spice Puppy Chow I almost lost it.  This stuff is the BOMB.COM, and I can almost promise you will eat copious amounts the day you make it — so beware.  I just polished off my batch today leftover from fall break and I cannot wait to make it again.  I got this recipe from a blogger named Peanut Butter Fingers — I have used some of her workouts and recipes in the past and I know I will definitely be using more of her stuff in the future!  The link above provides the full ingredient list.

I had never used Biscoff spread before, but after using it in this recipe, I’ve decided I’m in love with the stuff and would love to try it on other things.  FYI, it’s really good on pretzels too!

I had to use a container in the place of a Freezer bag for "shaking."

Next get your cereal -- the recipe says 9 cups but I think you could easily do 9-10.

Before putting in my cereal, I had to snag a deeper bowl so it would be easier to stir.

I did not have freezer-size plastic bags, so I had to use a large plastic container. But I would HIGHLY recommend using the bags if you have them.

AND SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE!!

WP_20131018_024Even if you do put this stuff into a serving bowl, I can almost promise you will come back for more.  This is definitely an amazing fall twist on one of my favorites!
